The Asian Institute of Management is proud to announce that The Foundation for Liberty and Prosperity (FLP) awarded the prestigious Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Management, Economics, and Business Law (ESMEL) Fellowship Program grant for the 2022 – 2023 academic year to two of its students in the International Master in Business Administration (iMBA) program.

The merit-based ESMEL Fellowship promotes excellence in entrepreneurship, sustainability, management, economics, and business law. Valued at PHP450,000, each fellowship covers PHP350,000 for tuition fees and PHP100,000 for books and living expenses.   Supported by Metro Pacific Investments Corporation through the Metro Pacific Foundation, the program empowers five outstanding Filipinos in business and economics, two of whom are from AIM.

This year’s AIM recipients, licensed physiotherapist and co-founder of the multi-specialty rehabilitation clinic, Sandbox, Hannah P. Jara, and seasoned portfolio manager overseeing nine-figure portfolios, Dave Angelo O. Calutan, are both graduating from the iMBA program in 2023.

The fellowship not only supports their academic pursuits but also equips them to contribute to the nation’s economic landscape. The ESMEL Fellowship Program reflects FLP’s vision of cultivating prosperity and empowerment in the Philippines.

The Institute is confident that Hannah’s and Dave’s grants will be the first step in shaping the course of their professional journeys, creating new opportunities for growth that will lead them to enrich the Asian business landscape.
