To kickstart the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) On-Campus Recruitment Season 2021, a virtual career fair—the first for AIM—was organized by the Career Services Office last 23 June 2021.

A total of 35 companies joined the event as exhibitors and opened over 180 job opportunities in various industries, exclusively for AIM students and alumni.

“We organized this virtual career fair to help address the daunting task of job hunting during a difficult time like this,” said Lucille Jade Galvan, AIM Career Services Director. “It was a way for us to connect our students with some of the country’s leading companies and organizations, and vice versa, to enable companies to tap into AIM’s pool of world-class talents.”

The whole day virtually event was formally opened by Jikyeong Kang, AIM president and dean, and followed by a series of webinars and breakout sessions featuring local and international industry experts and mavens.

To highlight and address the needs of job seekers in the midst of a pandemic, two (2) major panel webinars were hosted by the AIM Career Services Office.
