The Alternative Learning Experience (ALE), on the other hand, is faculty member led initiative that has integrated outputs designed by the Professors involved and the industry partners they are working with.
In the ALE or Learning Lab, a student is placed in a team that produces both individual outputs and group outputs for the industry issue at hand. Output may take the form of cases, industry reports, peer reviewed journals or other research publications.
